Androhost is a hosting platform operated by Andronet Technologies Ltd, a registered company under Kenyan law. By subscribing to any of our services, you agree to the following:

• All services are governed by our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, as well as the applicable laws of Kenya.
• Applicable laws include but are not limited to:
  • The Kenya Information and Communications Act (KICA)
  • The Data Protection Act (2019)
  • The Computer Misuse and Cybercrimes Act

 Legal Compliance:

• Clients must not use our platform for illegal activities, including (but not limited to):
  phishing, spamming, piracy, hosting unlicensed software or media, or impersonation.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services that violate Kenyan law or jeopardize platform stability.

 Backups & Data Responsibility:

• We implement regular backups of our servers for disaster recovery purposes.
• However, these backups are provided as a courtesy, and clients are solely responsible for maintaining their own up-to-date backups of all data hosted with us.
• Androhost is not liable for any loss of data, including content, databases, or emails.

 Billing & Taxation:

• Invoices issued by Andronet Technologies Ltd comply with Kenyan tax requirements. Where applicable, statutory charges such as VAT may be included.

 Dispute Resolution:

• Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be handled under the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
